1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services and agreements provided by Deck-X-Marine (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), specializing in precision-crafted synthetic flooring solutions for high-performance marine environments, including superyachts.
By engaging our services or entering into an agreement with us, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Scope of Services
Deck-X-Marine provides specialized services including:
- Supply and installation of premium synthetic flooring systems
- Custom flooring solutions for superyachts (including helipads, deck areas, and technical spaces)
- Surface preparation and finishing
- Maintenance and repair services
All services are performed according to agreed specifications, project scope, and technical requirements.
4. Quotations and Agreements
a. Quotations
All quotations are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise and are valid for a limited period specified in the quote.
b. Agreement Formation
An agreement becomes binding upon written confirmation, signed contract, or acceptance of a quotation by the Client.
c. Modifications
Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed in writing and may affect pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
- All prices are stated in [EUR/USD] unless otherwise specified
- Prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

- Supply chain delays
- Technical or structural issues
We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
7. Delivery and Installation
- Delivery schedules are agreed per project
- Risk of materials passes to the Client upon delivery unless otherwise agreed
- Installation is performed according to industry standards and marine regulations
8. Inspection and Acceptance
Upon completion, the Client shall inspect the work within [X] days.

9. Warranty
We warrant that:

11. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, technical solutions, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Deck-x-Marine unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the course of the project.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War or civil unrest
- Labor disputes
- Supply chain disruptions
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- The Client fails to meet payment obligations
- The Client breaches these Terms
The Client may terminate the agreement subject to compensation for work performed and costs incurred.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
All disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
16. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be made available upon request or via our website.
